Do you accept insurance?
We operate as an out-of-network provider to provide the highest level of focused care. For private insurances only, upon request we can provide a Superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Unfortunately, Medicare does not reimburse for these services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, electronic transfers, and checks. For your convenience and transparency, payment is collected at the conclusion of each session.
Do I need a referral?
What is the cancellation policy?
A referral is not required for the first 12 sessions or 45 calendar days. After that you will need a referral per CA law.
We kindly request 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients in need. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Travel is included within our standard service areas along the 210 corridor from Pasadena to Glendora. Visits requested outside this radius may be subject to a nominal travel fee. Please contact us to confirm if we serve your specific location.
